Role Overview

This is a hands-on role that requires experience with GoHighLevel, marketing operations, social media, and executive support. The specialist will work closely with entrepreneurial leadership to ensure campaigns, communication, CRM workflows, content, and operational priorities are executed accurately and on time. The role involves building and managing workflows inside GoHighLevel, creating and maintaining marketing automations, email campaigns, and nurture sequences, and ensuring accurate contact and pipeline records. The specialist will also manage social media, create and schedule content, respond to DMs and participant questions, and update CRM records.

What You Will Do

The specialist will take ownership of GoHighLevel CRM and marketing automation, building and managing workflows, creating and maintaining marketing automations, email campaigns, and nurture sequences. They will also manage social media, create and schedule content, respond to DMs and participant questions, update CRM records, and ensure accurate contact and pipeline records.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Experience building or managing CRM workflows, marketing automations, email campaigns, and follow-up sequences
• Experience supporting founders, coaches, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
• Experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Familiarity with Canva, Veed, and Opus Clips
• Strong written English communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
