Marketing Account Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing email marketing, website updates, SEO support, analytics, reporting, and campaign coordination. This role is ideal for someone with agency or client-facing marketing experience who is highly organized, communicates confidently, and knows how to keep multiple campaigns and stakeholders moving forward.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Account Manager will manage client relationships, build and manage campaigns using Mailchimp, write and edit email copy, track performance, and recommend improvements based on campaign performance. They will also manage website and content updates through WordPress, coordinate landing pages and campaign-related website changes, and conduct keyword research and SEO analysis.
