Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts while driving measurable improvements in Google Business Profile performance and local search visibility. This is a hands-on execution role that requires technical digital marketing expertise and client-facing account management skills.

The responsibilities include optimizing Google Business Profiles, executing Local SEO initiatives, managing digital marketing tools, and serving as the primary point of contact for monthly client reporting and account management.

Requirements

• Experience independently managing multiple client accounts
• Experience creating and presenting marketing performance reports to clients
• Strong expertise in Local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, local ranking factors, citation management, NAP consistency, and review management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and recommend improvements
• Experience evaluating and implementing digital marketing tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
