As a Promoter Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing field promoter operations through close coordination with agency partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field operations, sales support, or promoter/retail management
- Proven ability to manage operational KPIs (attendance, coverage, productivity) and handle large volumes of data with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to coordinate effectively with external partners and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (intermediate to advanced level) for reporting, tracking, and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
