Senior Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to drive PayJunction’s demand generation engine, building the account-based marketing and buying-signal programs that turn intent into qualified pipeline across our automotive and veterinary verticals.

Own demand generation strategy end to end, building and evolving the account-based and buying-signal programs that turn intent into qualified pipeline, in partnership with Marketing and RevOps leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing management roles.
• Experience building or scaling intent-driven and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including account tiering, signal-based prioritization, and cross-functional launch with Sales and RevOps.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience running a signal- or intent-triggered program, with direct work alongside Sales on named-account sequencing.
• Track record building demand generation plans and full-funnel campaigns end to end, including conversion rate optimization, media budget ownership, and reporting.
• 4+ years of SaaS experience.
• Comes from a lean marketing organization (under 10 people total) and is comfortable as both the demand generation lead and a hands-on contributor, not a manager of a large team.
