Role Overview

The Senior Analyst, Product Enablement: Governance and GTM Strategy plays a foundational analytical and coordinative role in bridging the gap between product strategy, development, and execution in a complex, highly regulated environment.

What You Will Do

The Senior Analyst supports the seamless delivery of products from concept to launch by assisting the team in implementing, monitoring, and evolving integrated product processes.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Enablement.
  • Experience working within regulated sectors, such as financial services, payments, fintech, or government.
  • Demonstrated ability to support the scaling of product governance and operational systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex operational ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving orientation, capable of navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity to fast-paced, evolving environments.
