Role Overview
The Associate, Strategy & Investor Relations will support the Senior Investment Relations Group (SIRG) in various tasks related to business performance management, corporate and strategic planning, and investor relations. The role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in business intelligence software, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include consolidating and organizing data, developing and maintaining information systems, utilizing business intelligence software, supporting SIRG in preparing reports and analyses, and developing complex financial models.

Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Management Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and programming languages, ideally Python and SQL
- Familiarity with business intelligence software such as Tableau and Metabase
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Highly diligent and meticulous in working with large amounts of information
- Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
