Parts Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

The Parts Inside Sales Representative will handle parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales, greeting customers with a friendly and professional manner. They will also advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when replacement is not available.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include handling parts requirements, invoicing and pulling parts correctly, placing parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery, and assisting with physical stock inventory.
