Senior Manager SEO & GEO

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager SEO & GEO, you will develop clear, data-driven SEO strategies with a focus on sustainable growth and prioritization along the business goals of our clients. You will advise clients on a senior and C-level strategic level, create roadmaps, and provide concrete recommendations.

What You Will Do

You will conduct complex technical SEO analyses, analyze and evaluate modern, AI-driven search mechanisms, and develop strategies for visibility in LLM-based answer engines.

Requirements

• at least 5 years of experience in complex SEO setups
• very good knowledge in the field of technical SEO
• solid understanding of modern, AI-driven search mechanisms
• ability to present SEO topics clearly, business-oriented, and target-group-relevant
• experience with common SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sistrix, and SEMrush
• confident communication in German and very good English skills
