Operations Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Join our Finance team as an Operations Financial Analyst to build a strong foundation in financial planning, operational analytics, and business partnering while contributing to reporting that feeds a public-company parent.

What You Will Do

Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes, prepare monthly variance analysis, build and maintain financial models, and assist with month-end close activities and management reporting packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or operations
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Palantir
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
