Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

PennEngineering is seeking a motivated individual to be a part of the Corporate Marketing Team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. You will build digital programs that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for inbound and outbound campaigns, digital activation, paid media, and marketing automation, ensuring all digital efforts support broader business objectives.

Success in this role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO/AEO, social media strategy, analytics, and marketing technology, particularly HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress.

Requirements

• 7+ years managing digital marketing programs in a B2B environment, ideally multi-brand or multi-BU.
• Hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic/display; working knowledge of 6sense or similar ABM/intent tools.
• Experience managing agency or freelance partners against defined scope and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of SEO/AEO fundamentals — enough to brief and evaluate agency work, not necessarily to execute it personally.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and marketing analytics (GA4, Search Console, Looker, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing at least one direct report and setting team priorities.
• Strong project management and communication skills; able to translate performance data into clear recommendations for leadership.
