What You Will Do
As a CSM Small Accounts, you are responsible for the adoption, satisfaction, and retention of a portfolio of small firms.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in accounting expertise firms/audit
- Good accounting basics (without aiming for expertise) and strong appetite for technology
- Excellent relational and pedagogical skills; ability to vulgarize and convince
- Sense of organization and prioritization in a multi-account, results-oriented context
- Solid data culture: comfortable with adoption and retention KPIs, rigorous on CRM tracking
- Team spirit, curiosity, proactivity, and a taste for challenge
