Role Overview

Pennylane is a fast-growing fintech company that aims to become the most beloved financial Operating System of French SMEs and Accounting Firms. The Growth Engineer – Data & Tracking role will help teams understand how users discover and adopt Pennylane, and contribute to the architecture and reliability of the tracking ecosystem.

What You Will Do

The Growth Engineer will build reliable tracking foundations, connect data across the growth ecosystem, and power experimentation and conversion. They will work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to understand user behavior and improve acquisition performance.

Requirements

• software engineering experience
• hands-on exposure to tracking, analytics, or data integrations
• experience with tools such as Segment, Amplitude, Google Tag Manager
• understanding of event schemas, data layers, user identification, and tracking consistency
• comfortable working with JavaScript and APIs to implement and troubleshoot tracking
