Role Overview
The Growth Engineer will join the Growth Engineering team and work closely with the team lead to build scalable solutions for Pennylane’s digital experiences. The role will have a direct impact on how users discover and adopt Pennylane.
What You Will Do
The Growth Engineer will develop and improve the public website and acquisition journeys, focusing on frontend engineering. They will build modern, responsive, and high-performing interfaces using Vue.js and Nuxt.js, develop and maintain fullstack features using Ruby on Rails, and improve website performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Requirements
- experience in software engineering
- strong frontend development skills
- comfortable building modern web applications with Vue.js and/or Nuxt.js
- fullstack experience and ability to contribute to backend development
- experience with Ruby on Rails is a strong plus
- ability to work with AI-assisted development tools
- comfortable collaborating with Engineering, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Data teams
