People Ops Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced People Operations Specialist to join a team that moves fast, thinks strategically, and genuinely cares about the employee experience. You’ll be part of a structured yet agile People Operations team, working alongside Mathilde – our Head of People Operations and Ilham – your People Operations Manager, with 6 specialists each owning a dedicated scope, yours will cover Tech/Product/Data across Europe.

What You Will Do

Main responsibilities include People operations partnering & employee lifecycle, payroll & benefits, process improvement & automation, strategic & cross-functional projects, compliance & regulatory monitoring.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a People Ops Specialist gained within a fast-growing company or startup environment
• Comfortable working independently, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay effective in a fast-paced, ever-changing context
• Proficient in Workday
• Genuinely curious about how AI & automation can make People Ops smarter
• Fully fluent in French and English
