Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will dive deep into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and refine our value proposition. They will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Executive will hunt for new business, utilize prospecting skills and tools, generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and expand our market reach. They will close deals, build relationships, and develop and deliver compelling pitches.

Requirements

  • Degree, Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or any related discipline
  • Min 3 to 5 years of sales and business development experience from retail, FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving targets
  • Strong sales acumen and able to lead generation techniques and negotiation strategies
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
