Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of an Australian healthcare and NDIS provider.
What You Will Do
Conduct cold and warm calls to healthcare professionals, build and maintain relationships, manage social media, and provide administrative support.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing coordination, or relationship management
- Experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generation
- Australian healthcare, NDIS, allied health, or disability services experience is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident in building relationships and engaging with Australian business contacts
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social media management
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and calling tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Aircall is an advantage
