We are seeking a Business Development Manager to cultivate, nurture, and expand key strategic partnerships within the dynamic trading and financial markets sector.
Requirements
- Experience in partner management, account management, institutional sales, or business development within the financial industry, ideally with trading, CFD brokers, fintechs, or related sectors
- Good understanding of financial products such as Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report KPIs
- Advanced English and Spanish skills (Portuguese is a plus)
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events
- Ability to live the Pepperstone values
