Associate Analyst QTG / Territory Planning

Role Overview

The Routing Engineer supports MEM Equipment Operations by performing micro reroutes of existing service territories to improve repair response times across multiple equipment types and customer concepts. Using routing tools, established national standards, and operational best practices, Routing Engineers analyze service territories, recommend routing improvements, and support the implementation of operational initiatives.

What You Will Do

Perform micro reroutes and optimize existing service territories. Support new QTG site go-lives and existing locations to maintain accurate and operational systems. Provide functional support for QTG applications and operational tools as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

• Customer-focused with prior customer service, dispatch, logistics, or related experience.
• Ability to use multiple business applications simultaneously, including Microsoft Office, SAP, CETS, Dispatch applications, and other PepsiCo systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new PepsiCo applications and business processes.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFS), CETS, SAP, routing, dispatch, or field service applications preferred.
• Home office application and infrastructure knowledge preferred.
