Financial Analyst – Budget & Planning

Role Overview

Join PepsiCo and contribute to the financial management of our Advertising & Marketing (A&M) investments across multiple markets. As a Financial Control Analyst, you will support budget planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and expense monitoring.

What You Will Do

Support the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts for Advertising & Marketing investments. Track actual spending against budget and forecast, identifying variances, potential risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, financial planning, or a related area.
• Foundational knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is preferred.
• Exposure to Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools is an advantage.
