Role Overview

The Sales Operations & Admin Analyst supports the commercial finance agenda by executing trade term and account management activities in line with agreed requirements, timelines, and governance standards.

What You Will Do

Execute trade term and account management activities, support accounts opening and closing processes, maintain financial tracking and reporting, support business planning and performance reviews, and prepare distributor and customer transfer documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Experience with trade term and account management processes

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-driven mindset
• Collaborative team player
• Fluent English
• Language skills: French, Turkish, German or Romanian are preferred
