GTM Systems Analyst

Role Overview

Peregrine is looking for a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture behind our growing go-to-market organization. You’ll be a hands-on partner to 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance. As the front-line owner of day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools, you’ll troubleshoot issues, manage access, execute enhancements, and escalate complex or cross-functional work to Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward one, or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of Salesforce fundamentals
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment
• Comfortable triaging competing requests, distinguishing a systems issue from a need for user guidance vs. a broader process gap, and staying organized in a fast-changing environment
• Experience supporting or executing parts of GTM planning or systems-change cycles, with the ability to follow a project plan and hit deadlines
• Familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana
• Growing familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack, including AI and enrichment tools – Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, or similar is a plus
