GTM Engineer – Sales Operations CRM Management

Role Overview

As the GTM Engineer – Sales Operations CRM Management, you will own the systems that run sales and marketing across PERGOLUX’s global operations, with HubSpot as the single source of truth, Aircall and WhatsApp as the conversation layer, and the integrations that connect them to Shopify, Klaviyo and our data warehouse.

What You Will Do

Administer and evolve our multi-market HubSpot portal, own Aircall configuration and the Aircall–HubSpot integration, configure and integrate WhatsApp and messaging platforms with HubSpot routing and reporting, and connect HubSpot with Klaviyo, Zendesk, GA4 and our Snowflake/Looker warehouse.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will bring 3–5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or GTM engineering, with hands-on HubSpot admin experience in a multi-team or multi-market portal, including deep knowledge of the data model, workflows, lead routing, custom objects, permissions and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or GTM engineering
• hands-on HubSpot admin experience in a multi-team or multi-market portal
• deep knowledge of the data model, workflows, lead routing, custom objects, permissions and reporting
• practical experience configuring a cloud telephony tool (Aircall preferred) and its CRM integration
• integration skills across REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and at least one iPaaS tool (Make, Zapier, n8n, Workato)
• solid data skills: clean data modelling and confidence reconciling numbers across systems
• ability to translate messy business needs into simple, documented solutions
