Role Overview
The Data Operations Specialist will contribute to improving operational efficiency by connecting information across departments, systems, and practice areas to support better decision-making and knowledge sharing.
What You Will Do
The position will work with a broad range of internal and project-related datasets, including human resources, sustainability, project performance, business development, communications, and practice area information.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, data management, operations, or related fields
- Experience managing and processing large datasets from multiple sources
- Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams preferred
- Familiarity with BIM-related data environments and project information systems preferred
- Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
