Recruitment Consultant – US Market | Business Development or Delivery

Role Overview

We’re working with a growing international recruitment business in Crawley that’s looking to hire two Recruitment Consultants to support its continued expansion across the US market. The business operates a 120 recruitment model, allowing individuals to specialise in either business development or candidate delivery.

What You Will Do

Identifying and approaching prospective clients across the US, building relationships with hiring managers, generating new business opportunities, and developing long-term commercial relationships.

Why It Might Be a Fit

An experienced recruiter who enjoys the sales and business development side of recruitment, or a recruiter with experience in delivery, resourcing, or 360 recruitment who particularly enjoys the candidate side of the job.

Requirements

• Previous US recruitment experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential
• A genuine interest in developing your career within an international recruitment environment
