Role Overview

The Growth team owns the loops that turn product adoption into lasting usage and revenue. This role will build systems that turn product usage into revenue and turn self-serve usage into enterprise pipeline.

What You Will Do

Build account-level PLG signals, own in-product paths from self-serve to sales, lead experiments on sales-assist surfaces and targeting, build internal tools and automation, and partner with Sales, Data Science, Marketing, and Product.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a growth, GTM, data, or full-stack engineer, shipping production code, strong SQL skills, experience instrumenting product events, and a commercial instinct to work back to the signal or surface that fixes revenue problems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a growth, GTM, data, or full-stack engineer, shipping production code
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience instrumenting product events and running A/B experiments end to end
  • Commercial instinct: start from a revenue problem and work back to the signal or surface that fixes it
  • Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party GTM tools
  • Operator mindset: talk to customers directly, ship fixes, and don’t need a PM to translate requests
