Role Overview
The Medical Affairs AI Operations Lead is responsible for assessing and redesigning Medical Affairs workflows, building AI playbooks, and driving enablement across HQ Medical Affairs and Field Medical. This role ensures AI capabilities translate into measurable productivity improvements and durable behavior change.
What You Will Do
Conduct systematic workflow assessments, document current-state processes, design AI-enabled operating models, create standardized operating procedures, and implement habit-stacking and coaching strategies to integrate AI into existing workflows.

Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs (HQ or Field) with hands-on experience
- Strong fluency with generative AI tools; hands-on familiarity with LLM APIs and context engineering
- Proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and/or operational excellence initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience navigating compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry and working effectively within enterprise governance
