(PH) Data Operations Support

Dedale is seeking a Data Operations Support team member to manage data, optimize workflows, and support critical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems/Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1 year in operations support, data management, or project coordination
• Familiarity with QA processes or database management is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and general knowledge on databases
• Basic understanding of data cleaning and quality control
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks
