Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related GTM-adjacent role
- Hands-on Tableau experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience working with CRM data (HubSpot preferred) and connecting it to downstream reporting
- Exposure to incentive compensation modeling, quota attainment reporting, or variable pay analysis is strongly preferred
