Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst is a high-impact, analytical role responsible for owning the integrity of WeldFit’s services revenue cycle. This person will partner across Operations, Quotations, Project Management, Accounting, and Sales to accelerate the ticket-to-cash process, eliminate billing leakage, and drive margin improvement on all services projects.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end ticket-to-cash process for services revenue, driving measurable reductions in days-to-invoice. Identify and eliminate billing leakage by reconciling field-captured labor, materials, equipment, and pass-through costs against quoted scope and executed work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, project accounting, job costing, financial analysis, or services billing—ideally in an industrial, oilfield services, energy, construction, or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience reconciling data between CRM and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling); comfort manipulating and validating large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate detailed cost data into clear narratives for customers and executives.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset—someone who closes loops, drives issues to resolution, and improves the system as they go.
