Global Head of People Operations

Join phData, a dynamic and innovative leader in the modern data stack, as the Global Head of People Operations. This role will lead the global People Operations function, design and deliver an efficient and scalable AI-First infrastructure, and elevate the employee experience worldwide.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR / People Operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within global organizations.
• Deep knowledge of People Operations, including HR operations, HR shared services models, and global people processes and policies.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale HR technology and HRIS implementations from selection through go-live, as well as ongoing optimization of people systems.
