As a Digital Innovation & AI Automation Expert, you will drive AI and automation initiatives that improve productivity, simplify business processes, and create measurable value for Philips.

Act as a solution-driven business partner, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, operational performance, and user experience through AI, automation, digitalization, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
• +2 years of experience with Bachelor’s Or+1 year of experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, software development, IT applications, process optimization, or low-code platforms
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using technologies such as Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation, workflow automation, and data and analytics tools
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical digital solutions, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, work in Agile delivery environments, collaborate across business, architecture, development, and operations teams, and facilitate discussions, training or enablement sessions, and cross-functional stakeholder influence
