Role Overview
The Sales Excellence Specialist helps improve sales execution, commercial discipline, and business performance by partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do
Support sales planning, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance-management routines; analyze CRM and commercial data; build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentation materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Planning, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics
- Experience using CRM data, preferably Salesforce, to support pipeline, forecasting, and sales-performance management
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and English communication skills
