Role Overview
Serve as a strategic business partner to Directors, Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, Controllers, and functional leaders across Finance & Accounting organizations.
What You Will Do
Lead governance structures, conduct business reviews, develop service roadmaps, and drive customer-centric service delivery models.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of progressive finance, accounting, shared services, or business operations experience and strong leadership and organizational management capabilities.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of progressive finance, accounting, shared services, or business operations experience
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or multiple teams
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational, transformation, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience in Global Business Services, Shared Services, Retail, or Fortune 500 environments strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related Field
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred
