Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Join our team in Igrejinha/RS as a Senior Financial Analyst, supporting leadership and areas in analysis of results, projections, and decision-making. You will have a key role in building and following up on results, working in partnership with different areas and helping to transform numbers into insights and decisions for the business.

What You Will Do

Conduct the Forecast/Rolling Forecast, follow up on results, and adjust projections according to business and market scenarios. Act as a true Business Partner, challenging areas in decisions that directly impact EBITDA. Model economic-financial viability for new projects and consolidate and analyze the DRE, Omnichannel.

Requirements

• Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related areas
• Solid experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Budget, Forecast, Rolling Forecast, and result analysis
• Experience in consolidating and analyzing results by different channels, units, or businesses
• Mastery of DRE, EBITDA, margin of contribution, costs, expenses, profitability, and cash flow
• Ability to perform sensitivity analyses considering inflation, exchange rate, volume, price, mix, and operational efficiency
• Advanced mastery of Excel and knowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of financial modeling, investment analysis (VPL, TIR, Payback, and ROI) and scenario building
• Knowledge of ERP and processes of integration and validation of financial information (desirable SAP)
• Knowledge of managerial accounting and governance of indicators
