Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s strategic growth across Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region. The role involves partnering with lawyers, partners, and colleagues across the international network to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering strategic business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing proposals and client-facing materials, and leading profiling and marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship management, ideally within a professional services environment
• Previous people leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple teams and jurisdictions
• Knowledge of the legal or broader professional services sector will be highly regarded
• Experience supporting Corporate, Technology, TMT or related practice areas will be advantageous
