We’re looking for a Head of Business Development – Infrastructure & Real Estate to lead our global growth initiatives and strengthen our position as a thought leader in the build environment. The role involves shaping growth strategy, leading a high-performing team, and working directly with senior stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of the Infrastructure & Real Estate markets, experience leading business development for a global or regional practice group, and a track record of driving growth and managing multiple senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the Infrastructure & Real Estate markets
  • Proven experience leading business development for a global or regional practice group, sector or division
  • Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing BD and Marketing teams
  • Extensive business development and marketing experience gained within a legal or professional services environment
  • Track record of managing multiple senior stakeholders and driving growth
  • Experience designing and implementing regional/global sales enablement tools
  • Leadership of high-impact business development initiatives combining cross-practice/cross-sector collaboration
  • Proven experience in the design, research and delivery of regional/global thought leadership and activation
  • Experience using data-driven insight and A.I. tools to inform strategy, improve effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
