Role Overview
The Director, Marketing Technology & Innovation will lead a hybrid team of Technical Program Managers, AI Solutions Engineers, and third-party platform engineering partners. The role requires hands-on marketing experience and hands-on AI implementation experience. The Director will own the AI roadmap and intake process for Marketing, Creative and Communications, drive production-grade AI solution development, and lead the Platform & Tools team.
What You Will Do
The Director will lead AI Solutions & Platform and Tools, own the end-to-end strategy, technical selection, and system integration of a broad marketing tech ecosystem, and oversee event-tracking and media enablement infrastructure. They will also manage the full vendor lifecycle, own the marketing technology budget and investment strategy, and partner with Legal and Security on data privacy and compliance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of technical leadership experience building, configuring, and integrating enterprise MarTech systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- Hands-on marketing experience and hands-on AI implementation experience
- Solid background in API integrations, web platform architecture, server-side tracking, CMS ecosystems, and modern delivery practices (CI/CD, agile execution)
- Experience collaborating with Data Science/Engineering teams and integrating and activating their data models within marketing execution platforms
- Agentic AI systems design and deployment experience
- Industry thought leadership and contribution to how the industry thinks and applies that lens internally
- Full-stack MarTech fluency and technical command
- Executive communication and ability to distill technical complexity for a non-technical C-suite
