Role Overview
We’re looking for a contract recruiter to support our Business recruiting team during a period of growth. You’ll work alongside our recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches moving: sourcing candidates, running early-stage screens, and making sure every candidate has a great experience.
What You Will Do
Source and engage candidates for Business roles through outreach, referrals, and talent pools, conduct initial recruiter screens, and manage candidate pipelines.

We’re looking for a driven individual who cares deeply about making the financial ecosystem more equitable, with 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally including some contract or agency work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Comfort with sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ramp quickly and work well in a team with shifting priorities
- A high degree of reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail
