Role Overview
The Contract Sourcer will help build strong candidate pipelines for Business and GTM roles by finding, researching, and reaching out to great people. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech company.
What You Will Do
Identify and research potential candidates for Business and GTM roles, write personalized outreach, and conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications and alignment with role requirements.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience sourcing for business or GTM roles, recruiting coordination, or related experience
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and an applicant tracking system
- Strong written communication skills and a knack for personalized outreach
- Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many candidates at once
- Comfort with fast-moving priorities and a willingness to learn quickly
- Discretion in handling confidential candidate and company information
- Curiosity about our products and the fintech industry
