Requirements
- Proven experience in growth, demand gen, or growth marketing at an early-stage B2B company
- Ownership of at least one of paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, or experimentation as a primary scope
- Comfortable with technical surface area, including ability to read a Search Console report, debug a tracking pixel, and build a workflow in n8n or Zapier
