What You Will Do
Perform the Onboarding process for clients, assist in creating new activities and processes, develop a solid and reliable relationship between clients, and direct and follow up on problem resolution.

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in project management or business management
- Certification on Net Promoter Score methodology – NPS
- Intermediate certification in Power BI
- Desired certification in business analysis
- Intermediate level in English or Spanish
- Experience in the post-sales area with experience in onboarding and project support
- Project management experience with a focus on expanding the results of clients
- Knowledge of customer management platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Google Apps
