Asset & Product Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Asset & Product Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing merchandise and machine distribution operations, inventory management, and day-to-day warehouse activities. This role will help establish and maintain efficient warehouse processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution activities across both business functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least three years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems; Business Central experience strongly preferred
• Ability to balance hands-on operations with team leadership and process improvement
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to support both merchandise and machine distribution operations
