User Acquisition Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help grow POP! Slots, our flagship mobile game in PLAYSTUDIOS. In this role, you’ll own user acquisition and retargeting initiatives, manage a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget, and find new ways to grow our player community while meeting ROAS targets.

What You Will Do

Own user acquisition and retargeting initiatives for POP! Slots, including the planning and management of a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget. Build, measure, and optimize campaigns to grow our player base and revenue while meeting ROAS targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing, including ad buying and campaign analysis at scale.
• Strong understanding of the free-to-play mobile media buying ecosystem.
• Experience managing campaigns on self-serve platforms such as Meta, Google, DSPs, and ad networks, as well as with fully managed partners, including offerwall, CPE, and incentivized networks.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate results clearly and turn insights into actionable next steps.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and an interest in developing additional technical skills.
• Strong business judgment and creative thinking, with the ability to spot new opportunities, test ideas, and challenge existing approaches.
• Ability to negotiate and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• BA/BSc in an analytical or quantitative field, such as Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, etc.
