Plenti is a fintech lender seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Victoria by expanding its broker network and increasing utilisation of its consumer lending products.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Development within financial services
- Experience working with brokers, aggregators, or third-party distribution channels
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Established network within the broker or aggregator space
- Solid understanding of lending products and credit assessment
- Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
