Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations will help build the technical and operational infrastructure that enables Pleo’s revenue organisation to scale and be part of cross-functional programs as we scale Pleo’s customer and revenue lifecycle.

What You Will Do

The role involves leading complex technical programs across the revenue technology ecosystem, translating requirements bidirectionally, driving revenue systems and CRM initiatives, identifying and eliminating technical and operational debt, and championing modern automation and AI-enabled RevOps capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
• A strong understanding of the SDLC and revenue mechanics
• System architecture fluency
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence
• Experience with HubSpot or another enterprise CRM, modern data warehouses (SQL querying), CPQ/billing tools, or integration middleware
• A background in SaaS, fintech, payments, spend management, or a high-growth digital environment
