Marketing & Communications Development Program Analyst/Associate

Role Overview

As a Marketing and Communication Development Program Associate within PNC’s Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The goal of PNC’s Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNC’s lines of business or corporate function areas. The Marketing and Communication (MarCom) Development Program is a 12-month program during which associates have the opportunity to rotate through different areas/teams within PNC’s MarCom Organization.

What You Will Do

Associates will rotate through MarCom teams in select areas based on the associate’s development program area of focus and business need. Rotational opportunities may be assigned in the following areas: Employee and Executive Communications, External Communications, Business Communications, Brand Marketing, Regional Marketing, Social Media, Growth Marketing, Marketing Planning and Operations, Marketing Technology and Digital Experience.
