VP, Product Operations

Role Overview

The Vice President, Product Operations leads the Product Operations function and is responsible for establishing, evolving, and scaling the processes, governance frameworks, planning practices, and operating rhythms that enable effective execution across PointClickCare’s Product and Engineering organization.

What You Will Do

Lead annual, quarterly, and ongoing Product portfolio planning processes across Product and Engineering teams, facilitate cross-functional planning discussions, and establish governance frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, alignment, and effective decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is considered an asset
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, PMO, Product Management, Strategy, or a related business operations function within a complex technology organization
