GTM Engineer

Role Overview

As our GTM Engineer, you’ll make AI central to how Poka goes to market. You’ll own the full loop: spotting the opportunity, testing it fast, building what works and embedding it into how our teams operate every day.

What You Will Do

Embed with our Marketing, Business Development, Account Executive, Account Management, Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to understand how they work and where AI can make the biggest difference. Design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows across the GTM lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales or Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering or a similar technical role in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents in production, not just experimenting with prompts
• Strong Salesforce knowledge, including data models, APIs, automation and reporting
• Working experience with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Gong or 6sense, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n or Workato
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks and scripting in Python, JavaScript or SQL
• An experimentation mindset: you launch fast, measure honestly and iterate
• The ability to turn a messy business process into a simple, working system with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with non-technical stakeholders, from SDRs to senior leaders
• Excellent written and spoken English; French or another language is an asset
