Role Overview
The Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for driving enterprise analytics maturity, focusing on Off Road Operations. This involves empowering a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to deliver end-to-end analytics applications, and interacting with senior-level leaders to develop strategies for data-driven decision making.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing data-driven insights, leading the development and implementation of analytics tools and reports, designing executive reports and presentations, and partnering with other teams to leverage data-driven decisions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in an analytics-focused role
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Excellent presentation, communication, Business Storytelling and analytical skills
- Experience with data rationalization and processing from a diverse set of data sources (ETL)
- Highly proficient with data mining/visualization/predictive modeling tools such as SQL, Power BI, R, Python, Alteryx
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and predictive/analytical modeling techniques and practices
- Experience working in an agile environment a plus
